I like Asian food - sushi, pho, ramen, fried rice, fried noodles, mu shi, meatballs, chicken teriyaki, whatever! Unfortunately, there are restaurants that do not have a brochure about the (in food calorie wise sages of cholesterol, fat, etc.), or sites that provide statistics. So you never know! Can someone me general guidance on the choice of food? Or if someone can tell me that the foods listed, what is generally acceptable or good and what is usually not so good for you.
